A Culpa e’ do Benfica
Trincadeira (40%) – Aragonez (40%) – Castelão (20%)
Crystalline wine, garnet color, aroma of wild red fruits, soft and full-bodied, with soft tannins and a good end to taste.
The bottles should be placed in a cool place (around 12ºC) and with some humidity (75%). Consume young or leave to steady 2 to 3 years. It should be consumed at a temperature of 16ºC.
It accompanies with several dishes of red meats, sausages and curing cheeses or half cure.
