Eusébio Reserva Red – Benfica
Cabernet Sauvignon (50%), Touriga Nacional (30%), Aragonês (20%)
Dense, deep wine with notes of black fruit, spices, and graphite. It finishes long evolving during the taste.
The bottles should lie down, with the wine in contact with the cork, in a cool place (around 12ºC) and with some humidity (75% relative humidity). These conditions should remain constant throughout the year. This wine can be consumed immediately or, if you prefer, you can let it steer for 5 to 8 years. It should be consumed at a temperature of 16ºC.
It goes well with game, red meats and cheeses or half cure.
