This wine is produced from hybrid American grapes (white Niagara). The principal difference is in the sugar content which is higher than in the dry white wines. As in sweet red wine production, there is no use of preservatives. Pasteurization ensures that the qualities of the Sweet White Wine are maintained, as the process prevents natural fermentation. It is marked by a straw-yellow color. It has a gentle flavor and is pleasant on the palate.
