Monte Novo Tinto-Red
Young and intense with aromatic notes of red fruit present. In the mouth, it reveals good structure and smooth tannins. Harmonious and pleasant finish.
After total destemming and very gentle crushing, each variety was vinified separately in stainless steel vats with a daily regime of 1 manual reassembly. Alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 28C.
HARMONIZING / SERVING
Serve with meats, pasta, and cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 18C.
