Monte Novo White
Young, citrus colored wine with a rich aroma of floral and tropical notes. In the mouth, it reveals great freshness and liveliness. Its ending is long and pleasant.
The grapes were selected at the ideal point of maturation, transported to the cellar, destemmed, crushed, and immediately pressed. This was followed by decantation by flotation and fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 16-17o C, for 4 weeks. The wine aged for 3 months on fine lees, in stainless steel vats.
HARMONIZING / SERVING
Serve with meats, pasta, and cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 18oC.
