TASTING NOTES
Young fresh ruby wine, with warm aromas, where the notes of ripe red fruits stand out. In the mouth it shows lively acidity with a long after-taste.
WINEMAKING
The grapes were carefully monitored, picked at optimum phenolic ripeness, and transported to the winery. After total destemming and gentle crushing, followed by a 12 hour cold maceration. The juice was fermented with skin contact, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24ºC with one daily riddle. Malolactic fermentation was done in vats.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Match with meat dishes, poultry, pasta and assorted cheeses. It should ideally be served at 16ºC.
