Citrine color and fruity, soft taste. The aroma is delicate and fruity, natural of the Alvarinho grape variety. Whole grapes are pressed in the preparation, then fermented in controlled temperatures. The wine pairs well with roasted chicken, seafood, appetizers, and any other light dishes.
