Farizoa Red Wine
Farizoa Red Wine
Description
Grape Varieties: Aragones, Trincadeira, Alfrocheiro, Alicante Boushet, and Cabernet Sauvignon
Total destemming, followed by 6 months of fermentation in French oak barrels produces a ruby-colored wine, with black currant notes, an elegant aroma of wood, and a spicy suggestion with vanilla. The taste is a strong attack, where the black currant fruits enhance the flavors. It is well structured and has well-balanced acidity.
Pairs well with meals of game meats and soft fermented cheeses. Consume immediately or over the next 10 years.
