Description

COLOR: Citrus color with straw highlights.
FLAVORS: Citrus, peach, tropical fruits (mango, passion fruit), and very floral.
TASTE: Fresh, full-bodied, good acidity, mineral, complex, elegant, well-balanced. Citrus and tropical taste.

It is delicious young drunk, but ages well up to 3 years after harvest. Information about the filling date is contained in the product batch, where L  identifies the batch reference, the next three digits identify the Julian day and the last two digits of the year.

Ideal to accompany seafood, appetizers, and various light dishes as well as desserts.
It is recommended to consume between 10-12ºC.
