TASTING NOTES
Ruby color and intense aroma with fruity notes reminiscent of black plum, fig and dates, caramel, vanilla and spices from the aging in French oak. In the mouth it is a wine with structure, smooth and well-integrated tannins and a long and balanced finish.

FOOD PAIRING / CONSUMPTION SUGGESTIONS
Serve with grilled meats, ham and cured cheeses. Serve at 16ºC.
