Description

Grape Varieties: Malvasia Fina, Boal Branco, Rabigato, Gouveio and others

The grapes are crushed and totally pulled out from the stalks. Fermentation with strong maceration, interrupted by brandy addition. Aged 3 years in casks of small volume.

A golden color, with a mellow aroma of honey and jam. The flavor of ripe fruit. a persistent and delicate mouthfeel.

Serves best as an appetizer, fresh with ice and with desserts.
